My new article for the Association of Professional Futurists publication, Compass, explores a number of misconceptions we have around AI. There are many assumptions we need to continually challenge in this space if we’re to realistically forecast the future of artificial intelligence, not least our tendency to routinely ascribe human qualities to machines and algorithms.
